WE HOPE YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING YOU ORDERED FROM ZENZAYA. BUT IF SOMETHING ISN'T QUITE RIGHT, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT ON FULL PRICED ITEMS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- Items need to be unwarn, in original condition and packaging
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Return’ and include your order (1) number and (2) name of item you wish to return.
- Check if your item is in perfect/original condition as Zenzaya can not accept damaged items for returns.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the return form you received via email. We recommend you send your parcel via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns that are being lost in transit.
- Once we have received your return, we will send you an email with your store credit. The store credit will be given in the form of a gift card that you can use storewide.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email email@example.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
